The wonderful The Legacy of the Divine tarot deck has indicated that Changes are happening, changes in all aspects of me. Career, self, passion and ideals.

Hinting that there maybe a wonderful opportunity yet to come in the near future which is symbolic of the 2 of Wands card. Showing me where I came from with the 8 of Swords card which symbolises me feeling stagnant and trapped, blinded by whatever challenges or illusions I have placed upon myself.

Meaning: What I have taken away from this spread is that in a nutshell, from now and until the next couple of months I will be going through a phase of complete and sometimes drastic changes which will occur in at all levels of my being. The Faith card crosses both the Significator and the First card which to me suggest to go with these changes and trust in the Universe that it is for the my benefit that these changes are happening.

Conclusion: Release from whatever binds me (Judgement), and Love (2 of Cups) carries me through. I think the Universe has taken upon itself to see that I make these long overdue and inevitable changes. It really is a positive reading!

The Vampire Diaries tackles mundane dramas head on using supernatural overtones which makes life interesting from a different perspective. What I mean is that it covers real life issues such as addiction, death of a love one, romance  – especially love triangles and others with no rainbow filters.

The TV series shows it for what it is!

It’s definitely an interesting way how The Vampire Diaries portray the world. I personally have found myself totally captivated by the First Season. The next series doesn’t start up again until September this year.

Twilight is a beautiful romantic drama! It tackles issues about life, how your decisions impact you and others, what a family is and ofcourse the big L word… LOVE!

We get to experience our own lives through different eyes with the two Vampiric Worlds! It’s not everyday that we get a sense of our mortality and the value or essence of living life. And I do think that these type of movies and TV series help us to not only look at our own lives in a different way but can also help us to challenge our own perspective about life.

Ok… Dear Diary

Today I was not so sick, as I woke by my mobile phone ringing and the time read 11:58 am, I answered with a Hello. It was my dad asking me if I wanted to go to Vincent’s Birthday lunch. I was contemplating about going for the past three days and so with that one call it had made my decision for me. YES!

I had 15 minutes to get showered and ready before my parent’s arrived to come and collect me. Upon arriving at Vincent’s place we greeted him a Happy Birthday.

It has been ages since I last participated in family events and gatherings, and it was definitely nice to be part of it again. Especially seeing the little ones. I get really clucky seeing Tyler, being over 5 months old he’s soooo cute that all you want to do is grab his chubby chicks and squeeze them.

I am not as sick as yesterday. I think yesterday took a toll on my body, spent the day with Viv and Ananda for Viv’s birthday and in the evening we went to see Eclipse (part 3 of the Twilight Saga). And like I said before. I loved every minute of it and would like to see it again but this time with my lovely boyfriend. After Viv’s I ventured home and ended up watching the last episodes of The Vampire Diaries. With that completed and close to 2 am in the morning my body just about had enough and was rapidly shutting down.

I needed that sleep, even though I am not fully recovered from the virus or flu, I do feel much better. My lungs do feel quite sensitive especially when I go to cough they feel very delicate. But the itchy feeling in the throat and lungs seem to have lessened.

I don’t know if it was because I put on the Qlink last night before I went to sleep or if it was the sleep that helped to heal my body quicker, I guess knowing it is not so important. I’ll note it for next time that when I do fall ill again, to wear the Qlink pendant, so I wouldn’t feel so vamped out.

But what happens when we get sick? A flu or a cold bites us in the arse. At times I feel that I have to succumb to the illness helplessly freeing myself from it’s horrid grasp. We’re literally forced to fly our white flag of surrender. This is definitely a serious chink in our armour.

Imagine a world where our bodies are immune to disease! What would that mean to me, us, our society, our world? Firstly there wouldn’t be any sick leave at all. Secondly I would feel like a GOD. YES!!! I would feel invincible at the very least.

So Dear Diary,

Today I stayed at home feeling worst than I did yesterday, even though I felt sick I pushed through the day pretending I wasn’t. And in the atmosphere of pretence, I went to the shops to buy something to eat for myself and my mum, Percy Jackson on Bluray disc and Beautiful People Season 2 on DVD.

Right now I’m listening to the Twilight Original Movie Soundtrack amidst of telling you my day. The sounds help to carry how I have been feeling of late. I do not yet know how to describe what I am feeling, so I won’t try and just continue to write about the day.

I did spend most of the morning in bed, trying desperately to get well. Reiki and Reconnective Healing on my side, I think I might have won the battle! Right now I am not feeling as bad as I was this morning when I woke. Even though there is still that slight itch in my throat and “the contagious feeling”. I know that tomorrow will not be bad at all.

Oh I forgot, I did ask the elementals around the area to help me get better quickly! So I must also give thanks for their assistance in getting rid of this illness. During my meditations, I had seen them as little cute toddler looking people. I’m sure they’re more ancient than their looks, but I couldn’t help but feel a little smitten by their presence.

Just a few hours ago I had submitted my RSS Feed to a site that submits it to various RSS Directories. I also submitted my this website’s sitemap to another site that submitted it to the most popular search engines. I hope that will help increase my pagerank from being a pagerank of 1 to something much higher. Let’s see what happens!

Imagine that you are Divinely Inspired. What would you be able to achieve? And how far will you go with this inspiration?

Most people, from my own observations, live their lives from day to day without any sort of plan for the future or ambition of what they want to be. I myself have fallen victim to this mindset and it’s quite easy to fall back into, especially when we become so complacent with ourselves and with life.

So how can we prevent ourselves from slipping into this frame of mind?

There are many meditation techniques available to you out there to help with the expansion of your awareness levels and to aid in remaining “awake to the world”. But what I mostly use is a form of brain entrainment such as The Shinka Zen Meditations Soundtracks. This isn’t so much as a meditation technique but more of an aid to help you meditate easily and effortlessly.

And now, I found the road to Self Discovery, I have learnt that One’s Will is the force that moves all, coupled with Desire, the emotion to fuel the Work of Magic! It is said by many philosophers and now theoretical physicist of our time, that our perception of life is a contributor of how Life turns out to be.

On this road, I come across a post that reads… “Today, I have Mastery of Myself. Today I truly want to be me!” And it woke me up, I became conscious of true Be-ing. I realised in order to truly be me, I needed to know how to be me, and how to control or operate myself. Yes not just by unconscious means, heart beating, blood pumping mechanics, but I needed to know how to truly operate other aspects of my Self.

How to think, and feel, perceive, how to illicit these. How to turn things off, if no longer required! It was just a simple matter of the wanting ourselves to Being. Yes, I now think myself into Being, and it is my own Thoughts that propell my Life’s directions.

Does that mean, I think Happy thoughts and experience Happy circumstances all the time? Obviously not! I am still on a path!
