It’s been such a long time since my last post. With good reason… I’ve been quite busy with work and other commitments. Anyhow I am back experimenting with different methods and techniques to aid in a successful Willed astral projection.

I have made myself a Bush Flower Essence which has the Water Essence, Angelsword, Bush Iris, Fringed Violet (for protection whilst in the Astral) and Grey Spider Flower. This pretty much will help boost self-confidence and courage to delve into the Astral.

I’m also using an Astral Travel sigil to help loosen the strong bonds that I have with my physical body. It’s going to be used in a radionics application which I purchased for myself as an early birthday present.

And to top it all off, I am going to play a binaural beat track that will hopefully shift my perceptions, thus my consciousness from body to astral body.

I will start this tonight.
